Getting Ready for 4th of July

We celebrated 4th of July a little early at the Allen Celebration USA festival. This all takes place within walking distance to our house - which is really nice! Granny and Paw both came in town to take the boys to the festival. We had a blast!

A Visit with Paw

Paw came over for a visit today "just because". Those are our favorite types of visits! Here he is with Jonah just before bedtime...

Carson's First Baseball Game

One of the MANY cool things about being four is that Daddy thinks you are old enough to take to your first major league baseball game! Watch out Rangers, here we come! Carson even got an autographed baseball from a player on the other team...courtesy of Dad yelling down to the guy as he was in the bullpen warming up and begging for a ball for Carson! Way to go Dad!

Family Vacation

We headed to Houston/Galveston for our summer vacation this year. We stayed at Uncle Ian and Aunt Mimi (Michelle)'s house in Humble and visited Schliterbahn (where Jonah "petered out" by about 3PM),
























the beach in Galveston (where we met Uncle Thor, Aunt Debbie and Lawson) and lots of other fun places. It was a great trip and we can't wait to go back! The boys would live on the beach if we would let them...
